Make an offer feature

Hey,

I have a website for used goods where anyone can list any product to sell. As of now, it’s a buy only website but I want to add a feature where buyers can “make an offer” on any product, and the seller gets to aceept, deny, or counteroffer. On acceptance, the buyer gets to pay and the txn goes thru normally.

Is there any plugin that can help me achieve this?

I’m also willing to buy WCFM ultimate if that would be what lets me have this feature. Thanks!
