Make circles as header image.

    I have made a site using spun. dezeemanvlaardingen.nl. The problem is that the circles or in my case rectangles are changing from position when you shrink the browser size. I want to make the circles act like the header image and stay on their place if you shrink the browser. is there a possibility to just let the circles shrink with the browserscreen instead?
