Make contact form shortcode

    Here’s the page I’m working on: http://classicopia.ivointeractive.com/?page_id=7.

    I’d like to move the contact form from the bottom of the page to the upper right hand corner. Right now, the contact form is created in the page’s template file. Is there any way I could access that code with a shortcode so that I could call up the contact form in the middle of my page’s content?

    Not sure which contact form you are using but one way to have a contact form in the sidebar is to use a Text Widget and in it insert the short code for your contact form. For example:

    [si-contact-form form=’4′]
