Make custom cookie category mandatory

Hi,

here is the thing. I have created my own cookie categories.
Some of them are mandatory and the user should not be able to disable the category in frontend. Right now, only “necessary” category works like that.

My goal is to create category for each cookie and to let users disable/enable individual cookies.
Some cookies are mandatory and i want them always enabled but i do not want to use “necessary” category.

Can someone help me?
