After trying changing my admin to RTL, this is still not working.
Even if the admin area is in RTL (right now I use Hebrew) the messages still arrive in the inbox where the text is Hebrew but the direction is LTR.
If there a way to force the messages to use RTL?

Cart abandonment plugin provides the RTL support for the email template editor.
But the plugin does not send the actual email, it provides the email template, and email is sent by your hosting email system or the SMTP plugin if you have installed.
It seems that while sending the email, it is switching to default.
If you are using any SMTP plugin to send the emails, then please contact them, or if you are using a host email system, then you can contact your host regarding this issue.
