Make function cdpp_get_sites override

    Hi, we have purchased the premium plugin. Works great!

    However, we have a multisite with 6 subsites. All have the same blog name (for Google). Is it possible to change the function cdpp_get_sites so that we can override it in my functions.php?

    That way, we can show blog site urls instead of blogname.
