Make functions pluggable and change incorrect code in front.php

    Trying to solve a problem with my Fast News child theme I asked about this on stackoverflow.com and a guy named Hobo found an incorrect code line in the front.php file. Also here the kopa_front_after_setup_theme() function should be made pluggable. Can you improve this file?
