Hi, I would like to make my “Newsletter Subscription” campaign from mobile smaller. I mean the image, I would like to make it smaller for those who view it from mobile, what should I do? It appears larger than the mobile screen and that’s not good.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @johnny866

Thanks for writing in. The campaigns are responsive by default. However, not all the designs are suitable for display on a mobile device.

    Here are some recommendations:

    • Use single-column templates, like “Win”, vs. templates with multiple columns. Since the campaign will adjust on mobile devices to a single column layout the design you set in the builder will remain consistent when launched on your site.
    • Keep padding and margin values to a minimum – these are the values that give space around your content. If there is a lot of padding around the sides (like on the Minimal template), it can push your content on top of itself when displaying on mobile devices.
If you would like to have space around your content using padding, I’d suggest changing it to % values instead of pixels to be dynamic to the screen’s size.
    • Make your campaign’s maximum width narrower – this will vary based on the campaign, but some of our templates are quite wide.
Mobile devices usually do well with widths around 300-400px, but you don’t necessarily have to go this small if you have a campaign for desktop and mobile. Changing a campaign from 700px to 500px can help make the dynamic changes for mobile viewers less drastic.

    I hope that helps.
