Make it easier to clear cache and enable Dev mode

Hey Cloudflare Devs,

From a usability perspective, the two elements in your plugin that are used MOST are ‘purge cache’ and ‘enable development mode’.

It would make sense to make these options easier to access. I humbly suggest moving the Enable Development Mode button to the first screen of the plugin, and perhaps enabling the Purge Cache from the WP Admin Bar to stop our content managers/devs from having to keep coming back to the Cloudflare settings page.

Also perhaps moving the ‘Optimize Cloudflare for WordPress’ and ‘Automatic Cache Management’ options to the Settings page, which would make more sense. It would be worth moving the “I’m under attack” button also to the home page section instead of in the header of the plugin for consistency.
