Make method block_frontend_assets public

    Hello,

    I use this code to load the assets of Image-Box block for html code generated outside getwid.

    getwid()->blocksManager()->getBlocks()['getwid/image-box']->block_frontend_assets();

    But I can’t use the same technique for Video-Popup because Getwid\Blocks\VideoPopup::block_frontend_assets is a private method.

    It would be great if all block_frontend_assets methods were public.
