Make own url to flag?

Hi! I have WP-site, which including two different languages and with qTranslate i have done language switching. Well, now i have to make link to the other site (totally different url), where is third language version of site. Site is totally different (contents, images… everything, so it is not possible just convert to the wp-site third language version). Can anyone tell how i can do it? Is it possible make own url to the flag which redirect to the other url?

Example: http://www.wpsite.com including swedish and danish. Then i need to add flag german, and from that flag i need to make redirect url to the site http://www.germansite.de.
