I purchased the Pro version because I would like to create a page on my website where users can upload between one and several files, enter their email into a text field, as well as specify a few different parameters.

My problem is that I would like for this plugin to look exactly like my WordPress theme’s Contact Form does (example found below):

    http://www.excelliontech.com/test/

And the actual page that the plugin is being used on is below (Relaxed CSS IS enabled):

    http://www.excelliontech.com/prototyping/

My ideal solution would be to just format the File Upload form to match my Contact Form, and integrate it directly into the Contact Form itself. When users fill out everything, upload all of their files, and then click submit, the user will receive an automated email saying that we will be in touch with them within one business day, and then I myself will receive a different email just letting me know that someone has uploaded some files.

I seriously doubt that my ideal situation is possible, so how can I make the plugin text fields and buttons, including the uploader dropdown that shows which files have been uploaded, look and function exactly like in the below link:

I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Mike

    Hi,

you can configure WordPress File Upload plugin and add fields like the ones in Contact Form.

You can also style it to look similar to Contact Form, but it requires some css skills. I can help you with that.

Furthermore, WordPress File Upload plugin can send emails to the users and to you. By default it sends the same email. If you want different email to be sent to you, it can be done using some filters of the plugin.

Integration with Contact Form is not possible for the moment. However, I think you do not need Contact Form at all if you configure WordPress File Upload correctly.

Okay that sounds great, could you help me out with the Custom CSS?

Also how can I make the plugin send different emails to both myself and the user?

Before using custom CSS, please go to Dimensions Tab of the visual editor and configure the width and height of elements as you want (please remember to put ‘px’ after every setting, e.g. 100px, not 100)

then we will use css for the details

I was able to use a free plugin to get exactly what I wanted.

I have requested a refund for the purchase price of WordPress File Upload Professional. Response time to resolve this issue is far too slow.
