Make Post Sticky

Is it possible to make a post sticky? I have a new blogger who has laid out his proposed blogs. It would be nice to keep this post at the top.

It is doable, but it requires coding.
Be aware that i have made it possible to add custom code to extend the plugin, I do not support doing it
You have to do it yourself, and I can NOT support it
