Can you please clarify if you want the lessons themselves not to show, or just the quizzes to stop accepting responses? There might be ways to handle this better, for example with Course Expiration dates, but it would be helpful for us to understand a bit more about your ultimate goal.

It seems like the feature to set conditional visibility to quiz blocks isn’t ready yet. I tested it on my site and there is not toggle to do that.
This means that this implementation may be possible with custom development, however, we aren’t able to help with custom code requests like this at the moment. If you need assistance, we can suggest other third-party companies that can help you with that.
If customizations are very important to you and you’re unable to implement them yourself, you might want to consider going that route.
