Hey there,

I am trying to find out how to make required fields for when creating a product on the woocommerce store.

For example if all the products require the following before it can be published:

Name
Description
measurements
A virtual file uploaded.

Without these the product should not be publishable.

Also can you make so that virtual product is default?

As for enforcing the fields, you’d need custom validation rules on save. We don’t have code to do this in core out of the box.

Thank you for quick reply Mike and thanks for creating such a superb plugin.

In regards to the enforcing fields. Would this require custom code to achieve? If so in your opinion would it be a difficult job to implement?
