    Hi,

I have tested the “Make responses anonymous” function in Result Settings, but the results still store the users’ e-mail addresses.

A great feature would be, the capability to remove e-mail addresses from the quiz results, to retain the results, and compile with GDPR at the same time. I just want to keep the e-mail address for a short period, e.g. a month or so, and then delete it.

I know that one can delete all results older than a certain number of months, but I want to keep the results for statistical purposes.

I wish you all a happy new year,

    Dear @klaushall,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention, that this option is not related to the results.
Once you enable this option, the rating left by the logged-in user is considered anonymous, like in the case of guests.

At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have the feature to remove only the email addresses.

By the way, thanks a lot for your suggestion. All suggestions are welcomed as they are mutually beneficial for all of us.
I will open a ticket as per your request so that our Product Management Team can consider adding the feature in one of the future updates of the plugin.
I will let you know in case we include such a feature in any of the future updates of the plugin.

Not to collect email addresses, you can enable the “Information Form” option (User Data Tab of the Quiz Edit page) and set your desired fields for it, without the Email Field.

    See the screenshot below:

Also, please check whether the “Allow collecting information of logged-in users” option (User Data Tab of the Quiz Edit page) is enabled or not. If yes, then, please disable this option and check the case again.

    See the screenshot below:

Besides this, you can also check the “Do not store IP addresses” option (General Settings page > General Tab)to see whether it meets your requirements or not.

    See the screenshot below:

    Thank you.

Wishing you a prosperous Happy New Year!
