Make Shortcode itemlist horizontal

Hi,

I’ve been using shortcode for a while now and it’s amazing, but I have a question.
I would like to make the itemlist i’m using horizontal on my website. But on mobile I would like the item list to stack(like it does normally)

Can somebody help me out?
