Make sidebar list posts in same category & exclude current single post

I’m using the Work-a-Holic theme. Currently, when you view a single “portfolio” post in a certain category, the sidebar displays a list of links to other posts within the same category. That’s great, BUT the list always includes the current single post. How do I adjust the php for the sidebar so it excludes the current single post being viewed?

Here’s an example:
http://billyshebar.com/wp/dark-matter/
Notice that “Dark Matter (2007)” is the post being viewed, yet it also appears in the sidebar.
