    Worked perfectly first time – actually second time.

    First time I left all the defaults as were, pressed download and got an xml file. That worried me, and when I imported it in to Excel even worse; didn’t understand it at all.

    So I went back, selected Users (rather than the default ‘all data’) and is downloaded a perfect csv.

    Thanks for the great rating despite that odd first try behavior! I’ll dig into that and see if I can replicate it, that hasn’t been reported by anyone else to date. Thanks!
