Make the author image clickable

Hi,

Great plugin, simple and effective.

I would appreciate it if you made the author image clickable, same as the name.

After searching the support archive, I found this post about removing the link from the image: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-remove-the-author-link-from-author-image

Can’t imagine why someone would do that.

Please, return the function.
