Make the plugin work with responsive templates

Hi,

Any way to make the plugin work with responsive designs? Right now, the same ad is shown, no matter what the screen resolution is. This is a problem for mobile impressions.

Adding this piece of code to the site makes it work:

That Javascript code makes de site display an ad that fits the screen, but you can’t use with Quick AdSense.
