make theme – parallax not working

    In the settings for my banner image I have checked the parallax option yet there is no parallax effect visible when I view the page and scroll down across the image. I can’t figure out why this is not activating?

    Hi there,

    If you have Make Plus, please open a ticket in the support forum on our site so we can help you. Parallax is not a feature of the free theme.

    Hi Melissa thank you for the prompt reply. I am using Make Plus. I managed to figure out the issue – I had clicked on the main upload image for the section instead of using the add media which gives the options to darken and parrallax below. All sorted 🙂
