Make this a premium plugin

    This plugin is too important to loose and on the other side too support heavy to really support it.

    Why not make it a premium plugin?

    No free version anymore.

    I think we should move away from only free is good as you (and the other plugin authors) also have to make a living and who can not pay even a few bucks for important plugins should not host it’s own blog 🙂
