Make this behaviour default (and remove the plugin)

The whole drama about saving location of uploaded font-files is crazy and so far from real world, that it is unbelievable!

For example all plugins for backup or moving sites are used to save and transport:
A) Database
B) Uploads folder
C) Plugins
D) Themes

To create a new – in this system not included – folder without any need is terrible! You kill the whole WordPress backup ecosystem because of … why?

Use wp-content/uploads/fonts as ONLY saving destination in WP core and forget about additional necessary plugins and all discussions about fallback directories!

A simple and working solution for all self created problems.

The new font feature is good. Don’t kill it with insane technical decisions!!!
