But, my admin email got the email New User Registration ! so it is not email sending problem 🙂

Confirm that you have configured settings for all your outgoing mails.

I did define Email Sender Options part in admin.php?page=erp-settings&tab=erp-email.
except the image for logo.

This should not occur actually. On my local server, it is working fine.
Tomorrow we are going to release an update and then please do try again configuring the settings.
Let us know if your issue is fixed or not after installing the update tomorrow.
