Making a form work

I’ve created a form and I need it to obiosly do stufff. The issue I’m having is that I’m not sure on how to go about it. I’ve managed to capture the information but I need to be able to take that information and do some validation in my class. I’m not sure how to access the function in my class. Hope I made sense.
