Making a Payment for Increased Subscription

    I wanted to increase our subscription from 500 to 5000 subscribers and the payment with the card on file did not go through. I updated the card and now it just says “Waiting for payment confirmation” and there is no way that I can find to run the charge on the new card and I am trying to get this email blast scheduled for early tomorrow morning. I sent in a ticket and received a notice that answers may take longer…

    Any help/direction would be appreciated
