Making a sub admin account

This is a wunderful plugin. I have only one question at the moment.
Suppose I create a sub admin, how can make accounts.
* User accounts
* Writer AccountsBut when you make a subadmin. He can still make an admin?

Yes, anyone with permission to create user accounts can create any type of user account. This is because roles are not hierarchical in WP.
