Making a template for WP multisite?

I have a WP site that I would like to use as a template for a WP multisite setup.

My site has been setup (without posts etc. yet) with all the right plugins, themes and settings. All of the plugins have been configured as I would like them too. I would like to use this site on another WP multisite setup so that whenever a site is created using the WP multisite backend, it creates the WP site so that it is identical to my website (themes, plugins, settings etc.).

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to how I can do this please?
