Making changes but not reflecting when uploading changes to the server

Hey there,
I am trying to add some custom fields to StarBox, like email (which I have been able to do, with a few issues.)
I am able to get the new field created, and have everything working. Even updated the sprite.png to reflect with a new icon I have, but, no matter what I do, I cannot get the changes to reflect on my server. I re-package the zip, upload, doesn’t work. Remove the plugin from the server, upload re-packaged zip, doesn’t work. Nothing I seem to do works, yet I know the code works because when I paste it into the Chrome developer tools (like inspect element), the change reflects, perfectly.
Wondering if this could possibly be my server or something I’m doing wrong?
Any help is appreciated, and I would gladly share the code with you for the email, as I think it could be a very valuable addition to this plugin, which is nearly perfect!
