making files searchable

Hello,

Trying to make files searchable with default WordPress tool. Have some files private, only accessible to logged in users with posts not hidden. The files appear on the searches but when trying viewing it get the message “Sorry you can’t see this Memphis Documents file you don’t have the proper permission.” (http://prntscr.com/hyfzv8).

Tried some combinations on the settings but still no luck.

What am I missing?
