Making Menu keep in line

    Hi Folks
    Our website has a few tabs in the menu. They are meant to be in 2 rows but this varies depending on the size of the screen the site is viewed on.
    Is there an idiots guide (no code) to changing the menu section so that the tabs will always be in 2 lines?
    My best guess is I need the text to change size, that way the look will always be the same. The down side to this is, when people currently zoom in, the page is responsive, so it changes the layout.
