Making new categories while importing XML

Hello,

I have “problem” with XML import. After import, I have moved all product categories under newly created and better specified categories.
Then, when CRON will trigger, all newly added products from XML are created in duplicated category.

Example from my site:
Category “Akvaristika”, which I moved under parent category “Mazlíčci” (which I created manualy)

Next picture, there you can see there is a duplicate category “Akvaristika” with different url “akvaristika-2” and created under no parent category.

I would like to know, how to make it to automaticaly assign products under originaly made categories.
