Making the UI smaller

What about making a drop down showing all the hooks.
As a person selects a hook a new text box opens to where one can add code/text/etc. Click in the drop down again and select a new hook and another text box opens to where one can again add information.

This way the only boxes showing would be the ones in use. I did a quick test and adding something and then going back to change it again one has to scroll through the page, search or remember where on the page the information one added is. It would be a lot easier if only the active boxes one is using is showing.
