Making Tree View default in WP Admin

    Hi great plugin, I would love to know if there is a way to make the tree view default as this would make things easier for my client to manage things.

    Also a wishlist item would be the ability to duplicate a post from tree view would would include duplicating any child pages/posts attached.

    I have used other CMS that has this feature built in and is quite handy but understand this would depend on whether WP allows this at all.
