Hello Support! We get a warning message when uploading plugin code snippets. https://snipboard.io/cNjaz2.jpg

Is this really to be taken seriously or could there be another trigger? This is what Code Snippets support writes: “

We’ve scanned the plugin files with multiple security tools, and according to our findings, we’re confident that what you’re experiencing is a false positive, not actual malware. However, we understand that this might not be enough to alleviate your concerns.

Since CleanTalk is a paid security service, it would be really helpful if you could reach out to their support team and ask for a more detailed report of what vulnerability or malicious code they identified in our plugin.
This will help us understand the issue better and take any necessary actions.

I understand that this situation is frustrating, and I want to assure you that we’re here to help.
We value your trust in our plugin and we’re committed to resolving this issue to your satisfaction.

Please let us know how the conversation with CleanTalk goes, and we’ll be here to assist further.”

    Hello,

The files are safe. You can disable the Security plugin during installation. We plan to make fixes within 1 week.

We have not yet completed the planned work. The approximate timeframe is 1 month.

For now, you can temporarily disable the option in such situations if you are sure that the files are safe: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → Check plugins and themes archives before install.

    Dear @ammerseebavaria,

We have made changes to the plugin. Now you have the option to continue installing the plugin even if our scanner detects a potential threat. The changes are already contained in the current version 2.132.
