• Hi there,

I’ll explain my problem right away :

I moved my wordpress from my local server to the live version and I installed the plugin. Everything worked fine, the form uploaded the files to the directory I mentioned : I was satisfied.

But then I had to “relocate” the entire website in my web host (due to a nameserver problem in my DNS). So I took the backup data of the files and the database and reuploaded everything.

But since then, nothing works. The upload form returned an unknown error. So I deleted the former shortcode and tried to make a new one, but nothing seems to work. I activated the WP_DEBUG and get errors.

So what do I have to do to resolve this ? It seems to be a permission problem but everything else is fine.

Here is the error code : Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_1lvikjrk7dmv8n4jaem6iol3f5, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in URL

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

I do not think this is a plugin problem. Please send me the shortcode to do some checking.

    Best Regards

    Hi, tank your for responding

I do not think this is a plugin problem either…
I can’t send you any shortcode because I haven’t any, the plugin activation pops up multiple php errors.
I tries to deactivate all the other plugins, but the error stays the same.

If you want any detail, I’ll try to send it to you.
