malicious links in cache

Hello

I’m using the Community Edition of W3 Total Cache. and while doing a manual check of the server files, I found a number of malicious folders in the cache folder, like

and there are thousands of such folders.

I deleted the search folder, but sometimes after the folder was recreated and again such unknown folders started appearing.

Those folders contains subfolders like

|
feed
|rss2

in rss2 folder files

_index_slash_ssl.xml
_index_slash_ssl.xml_gzip

the _index_slash_ssl.xml reads like

What can be the cause of such an issue ? Please help me to fix this.
