Hi, as of yesterday there is an extra entry in the mobile menu on a site I am working on. It is a Spanish link and has changed to link to a different random site yesterday; something to do with Viagra.

You can find it at stevenolswang.com/wordpress and change screen size so the mobile menu is activated.

Any ideas?

I should add, I’ve tried disabling plugins and running a malware scan on the files on the server. Nothing was found and the issue still remains.

Yeah I’ve seen this list of resources; I guess I was just hoping somebody had seen this exact thing before and knew exactly what it was. I don’t have a lot of time to fix this thing.
