Mallow theme help

    I’m using a heavily modified Mallow theme. I’m wondering if anyone can provide me with 2 small problems.

    Only in IE does this happen: the buttons on top do not conform to the header bar, like they do in Firefox.

    Also, the last thing is, on the tool bar, for some reason, IE will not make that last text a link!?!? What the heck? The site looks fine in Firefox, but not in IE (just those 2 things). Anyhelp would be great. Thanks!
