• Hello together,

    my hosting provider made a malware scan and in the scanning-logfile there is some “suspicious” code in some standard include-files of wordpress.
    I`ve compared the code of my files with the new standard wordpress installation files and they are exactly the same.

    Is this a known issue and does someone know what in these files is a “suspicious” part?

    <strong>Files:</strong>
    wp-includes/js/media-views.js
    wp-includes/js/media-models.js
    wp-includes/js/media-grid.js
    wp-includes/js/media-audiovideo.js

    wp-includes/media-views.js
    wp-includes/media-models.js
    wp-includes/media-grid.js
    wp-includes/media-audiovideo.js

    <strong>Logfile output warning in this part of code (all files the same):</strong>
    (function e(t,n,r){function s(o,u){if(!n[o]){if(!t[o]){var a=typeof require=="function"&&require;if(!u&&a)return a(o,!0);if(i)return i(o,!0);var f=new Error("Cannot find module '"+o+"'");throw f.code="MODULE_NOT_FOUND",f}var l=n[o]={exports:{}};t[o][0].call(l.exports,function(e){var n=t[o][1][e];return s(n?n:e)},l,l.exports,e,t,n,r)}return n[o].exports}var i=typeof require=="function"&&require;for(var o=0;o<r.length;o++)s(r[o]);return s})({1:[function(require,module,exports)

    <strong>In “media-views.js” also this one:</strong>
    8529 -> ^},{}]},{},[19]);$ -> \},\{\}\]\},\{\},\[19\]\)\;

    I had similar problems in files of the mailchimp plugin. There is already a topic in the plugin section to that – is this the same cause? In this case, sorry for a double post – I just wanted to be sure 🙂

    Thanks,
