Malware detected (?)

Thing is I’m not sure if it is a malware or not.

The “include” bit was flagged, and this was the snippet:

    include(\ElementsKit_Widget_Config::instance()->get_dir() . 'libs/framework/pages/settings-userdata.php');
else:
$user_data = $this->utils->get_option('user_data', []);

I thought this was just loading in my User data?

Why is it marked as a trojan?
