Hi @markdadizon,
We do provide a checklist for customers experiencing an infected site:
https://www.wordfence.com/docs/how-to-clean-a-hacked-wordpress-site-using-wordfence/
Additionally, you might find the WordPress Malware Removal section in our free Learning Center helpful.
If you are unable to clean your site on your own there are paid services that will do it for you. Wordfence does offer one, and there are others. Regardless, if you choose to clean it yourself or let someone else do so, we recommend that you make a full backup of the site beforehand and update your passwords for hosting control panel, FTP, WordPress admin users, and database.
Thanks,
Peter.
How to avail your malware removal services? How much is the fee and terms?
Hi @markdadizon,
I can’t discuss our paid services or premium products here on the forums, the link to our site cleaning page will give you the information on service and pricing that you need: https://www.wordfence.com/wordfence-site-cleanings/
Thanks again,
Peter.
