    Hello, following message appears:Errors:
    2022-05-25 10:48:35: Scheduled: background_scan: Operation timed out after 3000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received ! Trying to perform malware scan I get this message: The error occurred
    Internal server error.
Stage: heuristic_analysis
    7 errors are indicated can’t send them for analysis, the answer is:The error occurred SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: Params bad.I also got an email indicating that wp found an error in security by cleantalk on https://cigalesgourmandes.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    WordPress version 6.0
    Thème actif : Agama Pro (version 1.5.2.3)
    Extension actuelle : Security by CleanTalk (version 2.85)
    PHP version 7.3.5
    Could you please help me ?

    We apologize for such a late response.
    We’ve released a new 2.87 version of the Security plugin since you started this thread. Could you please check if the issue still persists?

    Hello,
    thanks for your feedback. I updated to 2,87 new version. trying to perform a scan I get following message : 2022-06-06 18:28:40: Scheduled: service_get: SERVER_ERROR NO: 51 MSG: User token not found
    What’s going wrong?

    Please, re-activate the plugin first:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate again

    Then delete all unused, outdated and abandoned plugins and themes from your website. Doing so will reduce the total amount of files for the scanner to check.

    Disable the option “Heuristic analysis” and launch the Malware Scanner again:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> section “Malware Scanner” —> disable the option “Heuristic analysis” —> Save Changes.

    After the initial scan, please enable the option “Heuristic analysis” back. Now future scans will be faster and more stable.
