    I get the following error repeatedly from Malware Scan:

    The error occurred

    Internal server error.
    Stage: get_modules_hashes

    I note that on the CleanTalk Security dashboard this website is shown as “need setup”. Please advise. Thank you.

    About the message “need setup”. Make sure you use the Access Key from the correct site in your Cleantalk dashboard.

    About the error in the scanner. We need additional details about your website. Please contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
