Manage Chat

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. The newly added Manage Chat feature is excellent — thank you for this update!

However, I’ve noticed a few issues and would like to share some suggestions:

1. Chats Not Displayed Properly:
   As shown in the attached screenshot, when I click on the chat options, it shows “No chats found” even though chats still exist.
2. Chat Details Missing:
   It would be very helpful if clicking on a chat allowed us to see the full conversation between the buyer and seller. This is especially important when a chat is reported, so we can identify the exact conversation and take proper action, such as blocking the user.
3. Moderation Tools Needed:
   Currently, there is no option to block users or send warnings for violations. I hope such moderation tools will be added in future updates.
4. Bad Words Filter in Listings:
   I noticed that the bad words filter is currently only applied in the chat section. Please consider adding this filter to the listing submission process as well, so we can detect and restrict listings based on certain keywords.
