Manage documents

Hello
I´ve been working with joomla since 2009. For managing documents I´ve been using http://www.jdownloads.com/ for managing files. Is there any extension in wordpress for this? I ´m starting a new project using wordpress and I would like to manage the documents(pdfs, excel, word,…) with sth similar to jdownloads.
