Manage results

I do have a huge quiz with loads of results.
To get to the correct result I use the points option and add points based on the given answer. Works perfectly fine.

To manage the results better I have a suggestion for a future version.
For a better overview could you show the results in a list view just like the questions?
Also it would be very helpful if I could sort the results based on the minimum or maximum points (which are in my case identical). In that way I could look up the results much quicker if I need to edit them.
