Manage subscription

Hi all, i would like to have some kind of control on my subscribers.
First i had a blog on wordpress.com, then i passed to a self hosted domain by passing settings and other sfuffs to the new blog using jetpack.

Now i’m asking: there’s a way to manage the subscription imported from old blog or at least receive an email every time a user subscribe to my blog?
