    Hi,
    When I click on the Manage subscription link at the bottom of my page, in the page, I get a message saying that the form “is only for the persons who already subscribed”, but the form does not show at all.
    What should I have done to make the form appear ?

    Hi @antoine69,

    Yes, the Manage Subscription page will be visible only for logged-in users or subscribers that accessed it directly from the newsletter.

    Even when you’re logged in you can’t access the page?

    I wanted that a subscriber who has subscribed to the newsletter would have access to manage his subscriptions. So you tell me it’s possible if the subscriber clicks on the link of the email. Ok I see this.
    But how can we add this link to the footer of the newsletter, is it automatically added from wthin a newsletter template ?

    Hi @antoine69,

    You can simply add a Footer widget (it already comes with the Unsubscribe and Manage Your Subscriptions link) or use the shortcode [link:subscription_manage_url]

    Hi,
    Thank you.
    How could I add a link for the subscriber to be able to unsubscribe from the Newsletter, a link inserted in the Privacy page, for example ?

    I’ve added the shortcode [link:subscription_manage_url] in the page the shortcode remains as is in the page.
